COACH/CLIENT AGREEMENT

Termination

Either Client or Coach may terminate this agreement at any time with two (2) weeks written notice.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions must be rescheduled within 24 hours of the original session date/time. Failure to do so will result in the loss of Client's prepaid session. Remember, this process is about honoring the commitment you made to yourself.

Confidentiality

This coaching relationship, as well as all information shared, is bound to confidentiality by the ICF Code of Ethics. The Coach will not disclose the client's name as a reference without the Client's consent. Confidential information does not include information that is required by law to disclose. According to the ethics of our profession, topics may be anonymously and hypothetically shared with other coaching professionals or students for training, supervision, mentoring, or consultation purposes.

Limited Liability

In no event, will the Coach be liable to the Client for consequential damages. The Coach's entire liability under this agreement will be limited to the time and amount agreed to for all services rendered up until the termination date.

E-mail/Phone Support

Throughout the course of our time together, I will respond to emails or texts within 24 hours. Phone calls must be scheduled in advance. Add or Edit Clauses
